Salary circa £45k + generous package

A significant career opportunity for a senior and experienced professional to help drive the financial inclusion strategy and make an important contribution towards the  performance and rating of this major financial organisation. 

Reporting to the Head of Public Affairs and Corporate Responsibility, you will have a thorough understanding of financial inclusivity issues, trends and relevant legislation, and their impact on financial services and will help identify new financial inclusion opportunities for the company.

A creative thinker, you will be educated to degree level and be a strongly motivated self-starter, with an energetic and practical approach to promotion of the organisation’s activities with relevant internal and external audiences maintaining regular liaison with financial inclusion stakeholders across the business. 

You will have a minimum 4/5 years experience in a relevant inclusion role, have excellent research, analytical, planning, communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills and be able to provide expert advice on policy, legislation and related issues.

Specific skills needed include helping to identify new project ideas, ranging from social banking to community investment initiatives to position the company as a leader in the field and to improve, develop and maintain the Group's financial Inclusion web and intranet sites.
